Graphic Designer

About this role:

We are looking for a candidate with a "Whatever it takes" personality, who can effectively create relevant and beautiful graphics that will directly impact the growth of the company.

Candidates who can share a significant design initiative/ project that they have started, led and completed with impacting results in the recent past will be given priority.


Responsibilities:

1. Design beautiful illustrations and graphics for our social media campaigns.
2. Create delightful visuals for the Palash website and apps.
3. Ensure anything and everything that is going to be the face of our brand is gorgeously designed before getting pushed into the outside world.

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 good relevant project in your portfolio will be enough to let you in providing you satisfy the criteria below.
2. Creative and can think without a box.
3. Experienced in designing for print media.
4. A graduate or an undergraduate from any background.
5. Aware of the latest standards and trends in graphic design.

Skills Required:

1. Deep understanding and knowledge of design patterns, color theory, and typography
2. Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch
3. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Brownie points if you have hands-on experience of Motion Design and Video Editing
