Day 2
Sweet corn soup- Know how to properly mash and make a smooth pulp out of sweetcorn and let it boil.
- On the other hand know to boil the other veggies not too boiled or underboiled and add it in the boiled sweetcorn
- Add the right amount of the spices into the soup while its boiling
- Lastly add corn- flour slurry with butter and serve it hot!

Cream of Broccoli soup- Know to prepare the basic chamka and sauteing the broccoli until cooked.

Vegetable Soup- Learn to prepare the chamka and sauteing the veggies along with it!

- Finally know to add the Corn-flour slurry, boil it and serve it hot!
