Day 3
- Introduction for 2 minutes follwoed by warm up for 10 min, 30-35 minutes Zumba format {Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton Topic, Electric, Moomba trap}and Bollywood-English music
- Get10 minutes Pre cool down - cool down -stretching
3 minutes break in between and relaxation
Day 1
- Get an introduction to Zumba for2 minutes along with 10 min warm up, 30-35 min Zumba format {Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton}, Bollywood-English music, 10 min pre cool down followed by cool down and stretching.
- 3 minutes break in between and relaxation
Day 2
- Get an intro for 2 minutes followed by 10 min warm up, 30-35 minutes Zumba format {Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton soca, Dembow}, Bollywood-English music and 10 min pre cool down stretching.
- 3 minutes break in between and relaxation.
Day 4
- Introduction-2 minutes
- Warm-up 10 minutes
- 30-35 minutes Zumba format {Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Funk Carioca, Dance hall}
- Bollywood+ belly-English music
- 10 minutes Pre cool down - cool down -stretching
- 3 minutes break in between and relaxation
