Modules
Day 1
- Zumba intro for 2 minutes along with 10 min warm up and a Zumba format for 35-40 min.- Pre cool down.
- Cool down.
- Stretching for 10 minutes with 3 min break in between and relaxation.
Day 2
- Zumba intro for 2 minutes along with 10 min warm up and a Zumba format for 35-40 min.- Pre cool down.
- Cool down.
- Stretching for 10 minutes with 3 min break in between and relaxation.
Day 3
- Get an intro on Zumba for 2 minutes along with 10 minutes of warm up and Zumba format for 35-40 minutes.- Have a 10 minutes pre cool down.
- Cool down.
- Stretching and a 3 minute break in between with relaxation.
Day 4
- Get an intro on Zumba for 2 minutes along with 10 minutes of warm up and Zumba format for 35-40 minutes.- Have a 10 minutes pre cool down.
- Cool down.
- Stretching and a 3 minute break in between with relaxation.
