Recipe for Rabdi French Toast, a dessert lover's dream 😻
Ingredients:
1. Bread slices
2. Amul full-fat milk 1/2 liter
3. Butter
4. Sugar 1/2 cup
5. Rose petals for garnishing
For Rabdi:
Cook half liter milk for 10 min on high flame add some bread crumbs and 1/2 cup sugar into it and cook for another 5 min on medium flame. Rest it at room temperature for 5 min. And it's ready.
For Toast:
Cut the bread into a round shape by cookie cutter and use that edges for bread crumbs. Roast that round shape bread for a while on the pan by applying some butter until it turns into golden brown color.
Plating:
Take 2 slices of bread. Spread Rabdi in between and garnish it with rose petals.
