Hi Ritika Mam I baked marble cake from outside it is looking good but from inside it is bit hard and the upper crust is also seems dry...the measurements r same

I think temperature of your oven was high..and whisk your batter with hand mixer..was high

temperature should be not low or as well as high..Bake at 150 degree..

I didn't use any electronic hand mixer

I whisk it with hand whisker only

I mean electronic hand mixer .you can creaming the mixture and can get fluffy and soft mixture
