Karachi Cookies and Coconut Cookies taught by Ritika Ma'am. I would like to ask few questions: 1.Like I baked both at 170°degree for 17 to 18 mints still they are not crispy from inside,Both tastes like they are not baked properly,But why?? 2.As you can see in picture coconut cookies are dark from below ,Why it happened? 3.I would like to ask baking procedure. like i kept both at 170° and while preheating both racks were on (top and botton)and aftr 10 mints ,only botton rack was on ,in last 5-9 mints top rack was on. What is the correct procedure of baking ,plz share with me as I'am new to baking.

Harpreet ,vassae will explain you about everything in the class...but you see, coconut cookies should be baked at 150degree ,not 170 degree..and in you get less sweet then you can increase 10 gm sugar..

Karachi biscuits are giving salty and powdery taste because of large amount of baking powder..you can make these cookies without baking powder and can take unsalted butter..

1/4tsp salt use..if you are taking unsalted butter
