kindly help me in this bourbon biscuits
I kept it for 13 to 14 mints at 175°
still they are burnt .
And also cream is liquidy which i made as per measurement given in pdf (i kept it for 2 hrs in friz)when i have taken it out it become liquidy.
kindly guide for both.

I think..your oven 's temperature is high because every oven has different temperature so judge your oven 's temperature and bake these at 165 to 170 degree for 10 to 12 minutes cool down your cookies then fill your cookies. Make your filling in A.C room and don't make it too soft.

ma'am one thing more to ask ,Do we press fan button in otg while baking cookies?
