cream Mae stiff peaks kyu nahi aata hai ?? crumb coating ho jata hai par flower banane ke waqt melt ho jata hai.......iska kya solution hai?

Does whip cream on room temperature..it should be cold..whip cream on medium until soft peaks.then on high speed until you get stiff peaks.

ok not only cream ,you chill the bowl which you will use for whipping and whisk or beater ,as well
