hey… in order to make lip gloss.. Evian capsules have vit E oil property cn we used dis in making lip gloss??

hey , no sorry you can’t use it as with vit e oil it as many other ingredients so it might ruin your gloss or turn out harmful for your lips , it’s better to only use natural vit e oil
