hey, there can be many reasons for this. for example skin texture like pigmentation, maybe the person hasn't done the skincare before makeup properly or hasn't used primer, maybe the product is not suitable.
if the reason is pigmentation one should use concealer before applying foundation. light- medium pigmentation yellow based concealer, high pigmentation orange and yellow mix concealer.
Other than this use primer after skincare.
Do proper skincare before makeup.

Many contributing factors may cause your foundation to oxidize—skin texture, cleanliness, natural oils, and even the way a foundation appears once it is applied, dries, and is mixed with oxygen
tips to prevent this is -
-use a proper skin care to avoid acidic pH of skin which promotes oxidising
-switch to a good primer
-swap your foundation every 6 months not more than one year

agar aap apne skin tone se light shade directly apply karoge to wo grey hona hi hai...liquid base apply karne se phle skin ko cover kia jata hai base pallete se taki wo oxidised n grey na pade✌✌✌✌
