I'm not being able to download any of the certificates of completion. Is it possible that if mobile has less space there could be difficulty. For both basic and advance course same msg is showing. something gone wrong. try again

Hello Mita, Follow these steps to download your course certificate;Step 1 - Open Pankhuri App - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.pankhuriStep 2 - Click on "My Classes" optionStep 3 - Click on "Certificate" buttonStep 4 - Enter your name (Please check your name’s spelling carefully as only once you can enter your name) Step 5 - Click on "Confirm" buttonStep 6 - Click on "Download" button to download your certificate
