why my classes is not opening? I have done already many classes last year but now I'm trying to see the recordings of that classes is is showing like this only. I had a conversation on WhatsApp also with your team but no reply. Please solve this problem ASAP!

No one can solve this problem from the PANKHURI TEAM? I'm asking you the same question from last week but no one is replying properly. I want to try the recipes that I have purchased from you but your app is not working for the classes I have attended. Please solve this problem otherwise give me the refund. I've invested a lot in your courses and classes is not opening then what's the point?
