maam i have enrolled for two courses, paid too but i m not geting one of those videos.....plz see to it......n no other courses are seen ....

I had completed my basic & advanced resin art courses 11mnths back. The recordings were supposed to be for life long. But now I see that the videos are not playing & I have no recordings to refer to.
