Hi,Ritika Ma'am
kindly help me in this bourbon biscuits
I kept it for 13 to 14 mints at 175Β°
still they are burnt .
And also cream is liquidy which i made as per measurement given in pdf (i kept it for 2 hrs in friz)when i have taken it out it become liquidy.
kindly guide for both.

I would like to ask few questions:
1.Like I baked both at 170Β°degree for 17 to 18 mints still they are not crispy from inside,Both tastes like they are not baked properly,But why??
2.As you can see in picture coconut cookies are dark from below ,Why it happened?
3.I would like to ask baking procedure. like i kept both at 170Β° and while preheating both racks were on (top and botton)and aftr 10 mints ,only botton rack was on ,in last 5-9 mints top rack was on.
What is the correct procedure of baking ,plz share with me as I'am new to baking.
